a new move
From Practice to More Hectares
We have the knowledge, the experience and the designs. We have lived through the innovations and are willing to share them for the benefit of our people.
We will build this in stages. Start with BioChar production and aftercare. Develop agroforestry and BioLOCKS as the work proves itself.
Asilimara has shareholders: people who invested sweat equity because they believe in this movement. In addition, 30% of our shares are held by a women's trust. Dividends from these shares will be used for women-specific housing projects that give girls a fighting chance in a complex world.
Our first step will be to establish our own Artisan Pro as a training centre where farmers and communities can see, experience and learn how to produce their own BioChar. From there, we will deploy additional Artisan Pros. Replication and more replication. First in Namibia, then further into the region.
Farmers and communities will earn their own Carbon Credits and decide for themselves how to invest the proceeds.

Promises of Conduct
Stories are easy to tell, and promises are easy to make. We have a mission and a purpose, and every opportunity that comes our way will be weighed against them. No cutting corners. No driving big cars amongst the donkey carts.
If there is one thing that this journey has taught us, it is that if we want to move forward, we must move together, accelerated by everyone's benefit. Houses, partnerships and communities.
Every hectare should be left better than we found it.
